Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage within Fort Worth city limits. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
All services are quoted flat-rate before work begins. A verbal or written quote provided by our technician or dispatcher constitutes a binding price for the described scope of work. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been established in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-evaluate and address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the original scope of work. This guarantee does not cover new blockages, pre-existing pipe damage, or issues unrelated to the original service.
Rapid Drain Cleaning FT carries general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a service call is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing pipe conditions, property damage caused by conditions unknown at the time of service, or consequential damages.
